Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume. DELIVERY Shipping time is separate from processing time. Tracking information will be provided by email or text when available. SHIPPING OFFER Recommended launch structure: standard U.S. shipping, with free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $100 or more. Final rates and thresholds should match the settings used at checkout. CARRIER DELAYS GLOWÉ cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside GLOWÉ's control may affect delivery. DELIVERED BUT MISSING PACKAGES For packages marked delivered but not received, customers should first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. Customers may then contact GLOWÉ for reasonable assistance.
